He does not believe me and I cannot find anywhere online where it states that smoke shops do not require a medical marijuana card. Please advise if I’m correct and where to find this information.
You are correct! As long as it is a legal hemp product following all legal requirements, anyone over the age of 21 can purchase these products in most smoke shops.
